The Hochsteins had a baby boy named Logan on July 3, 2015, and a baby girl named Elle on September 16, 2019.

In 2004, Lisa and Lenny bought a 9,944 square foot house in the Sunset Islands for $4.5 million. They listed their seven-bedroom, six-bathroom property, named "Palacio del Eden," for sale at $10.75 million in 2012.
Before putting the mansion up for sale, the couple bought an 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom home on Star Island for $7.6 million. They got the home at a great discount because it was a foreclosure. When they bought it, the property included a white neo-classical mansion from 1925, designed by famous Miami architect Walter DeGarmo.
After they took control, the Hochsteins had an engineer check the building. Following the engineer's advice, the pair found that the old mansion could not be saved. They chose to demolish it and build anew. This choice upset the Miami Design Preservation League members, particularly when the Hochsteins disclosed their intention to construct a new 20,000 square-foot mansion in its place. This led to a heated legal dispute with lawsuits flying back and forth.
The legal battle was very intense that a neighbor on Star Island named John Jansheski chose to completely change his plans for a property 15 houses away. Jansheski was so scared by the legal fight between the Hochsteins that instead of tearing down the 90-year-old mansion he recently bought, he decided to physically lift it from the foundation and move it 150 feet to the back of the property in order to construct a new mansion in its spot.
In the end, the Hochsteins won their fight, but only after getting permission from almost all other homeowners on Star Island and proving that the old building was very unsafe. They tore down the old mansion at 42 Star Island Drive in February 2013.
The home they ended up building is likely worth $40-50 million today based on comparable Star Island sales. In December 2021 a nearby home sold for $75 million. In January 2022, John Jansheski listed his two-mansion property for $90 million
