With Audible Plus you can listen all you want to the Plus Catalog!

With Audible Premium Plus you can enjoy everything Audible Plus offers, plus 1 title per month from our selection of bestsellers and new releases - yours to keep.

Note: Not all plans are available through third parties (e.g., Apple and Google Play subscriptions) at this time.

There are several different credit types you may have on your account.

Occasionally a special offer will appear where you can purchase additional credits at a discounted rate.

Audible Plus and Audible Premium Plus monthly members can put their memberships on hold once every 12 months for up to 3 months.

You can switch plans at any time. Go to the Audible website by selecting the option below and choose between a Monthly or Annual plan.

Select the button below to change your password.

Enter the email address or mobile number associated with Amazon and Audible, then tap Continue.

Subscriptions can be removed from the Audible app on your device.

To remove a credit card from the Audible website, go to the Payments page.

To permanently close your Audible and Amazon account and delete your data, go to the Close your Amazon Account page on Amazon.

To request a copy of your Audible data, go to the Request My Data page on Amazon.

To start listening:

• Open your Audible app and tap Library.
• Tap on a title to download it.
• Tap on the title again to start listening.

Listen on your device of choice. Go to How to Listen to learn more.

• Search your titles by Audiobooks, Podcasts, Collections, Wishlist, and Authors.
• Organize your Audible website library by date added, length, title, and author.
• Create and manage Collections.
• Download the PDF that comes with your audiobook.

Try deleting the downloaded title and re-downloading it to start playing.

Adding or editing a credit card is easy! Go to Manage your credit cards page on the Audible website.

To view your Audible Membership Payment History, select the button below.

To view your Audible Purchase History, select the button below.

To return your title, go to your Purchase History page on the Audible website.

Choose the book you want return and select Return this title. Then, select Confirm.

You can purchase audiobooks using a credit card, an Audible coupon or Audible credits.

To check your refund, go to the Refund History page on your Audible account.

All returns must be made within 365 days of purchase. If you run into difficulties making a return, use one of the options below to contact us and our team will be happy to help.

• Extra credits purchased on the Audible website will be canceled upon membership cancellation.
• Credits received from an Audible Google Play membership or an Audible iOS app membership do not expire and will remain in your account after cancellation.
• Extra credits purchased in the Audible Google Play app or the Audible iOS app do not expire and will remain in your account after cancellation.
